Other Info | 2012 Season: Cultural Collaborations This year's Pittsburgh Jewish Music Festival goes beyond traditional Eastern Europe to explore African-American influences through Joshua Nelson's Kosher Gospel and the Ortner Roberts Duo's swinging jazz collaborations with Vince Giordano and Roger Humphries. Osvaldo Golijov's Sephardic song cycle Ayre features Arabic, Hebrew, and Christian texts brought to life by clarinetist David Krakauer, soprano Lara Bruckmann, and a host of other eclectic instrumentalists.
